About the role
Maersk is seeking a Safety Culture & Leadership Specialist to shape safety culture at a global scale. You will partner with senior leaders, HR, transformation teams and safety professionals to embed cutting‑edge safety principles and promote psychological safety, operational learning and human performance.
Key responsibilities
- Drive integration of Safety & Resilience principles into leadership practices, business systems and organizational culture.
- Design and deliver global safety culture initiatives, including flagship programs such as Global Safety Day.
- Enable leaders and frontline teams to strengthen psychological safety, learning and distributed leadership.
- Conduct culture assessments, diagnostics and research to guide strategic decisions.
- Develop measurement frameworks and use data‑driven insights to evaluate impact.
Required profile
- Master's degree in Psychology, Leadership, Organizational Development, Human Factors, Behavioral Science or related field.
- Strong experience in safety culture, leadership development, organizational transformation or behavioral change initiatives.
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management capabilities.
Required skills
- Practical knowledge of Safety Differently, Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) and modern safety theories.
- Expertise in human‑centered design, UX methodologies and qualitative/quantitative research.
