Talent Acquisition Intern (Early Careers)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Global Functions Talent Acquisition team in Copenhagen starting January 2027. This internship provides hands‑on experience across internal mobility, sourcing, recruitment operations, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Support coordination of internal employee relocation cases, including offer letters and documentation.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Operations and Global Mobility teams to ensure smooth processing and communication.
• Assist Talent Acquisition Partners with candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Research talent markets, support diversity sourcing initiatives, and develop talent pipelines.
• Organise and maintain documentation, templates, process guides, and knowledge articles.
• Identify and support process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency.
• Prepare recruitment and sourcing reports, track key metrics, and perform data validation.
• Participate in team meetings, early‑career events, and special Talent Acquisition projects.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme at a Danish university, eligible for ECTS credits.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition, HR, or related fields such as psychology or business administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and work collaboratively.

Required skills

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms (preferred).
