Entry-level Consultant – Copenhagen

About the role

Join Oliver Wyman as an entry-level consultant in Copenhagen, working on diverse projects that help clients solve complex problems and drive meaningful change.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research, gather data, run surveys and interviews, and turn information into clear insights.
• Analyze problems, identify patterns, test hypotheses, and help structure recommendations for client decision‑making.
• Contribute to client‑ready deliverables such as presentations, analysis, workshops, and discussions.

Required profile

• Holder of a Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree with strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset.
• Fluent in Danish or another Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English.
• Demonstrated initiative, creativity and leadership in extracurricular activities or work experience.

Required skills

• Research and data‑analysis capabilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English and a Nordic language.
