People Advisor

About the role

As a People Advisor in Maersk Air Cargo, you will be the first point of contact for employees, handling HR queries and ensuring a positive employee experience across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations matters and day‑to‑day people issues.
• Support employee relations activities and collaborate with employee representatives and unions where relevant.
• Assist with employee cases and HR processes, escalating complex matters to senior HR or Legal teams.
• Coordinate key employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, performance management, organisational changes and off‑boarding.
• Partner with Payroll, managers, HR colleagues and external providers to resolve employee‑related queries.
• Maintain HR records, reports and documentation in line with company requirements and data‑privacy standards.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build effective partnerships and work in highly unionised environments.
• Experience with cross‑border employment and coordinating compliant solutions across multiple jurisdictions.
• Knowledge of Danish employment law, employment relations and HR compliance.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
