Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the Collaboration Product Line, creating user‑centric digital tools that bring the office and construction site closer together. You will shape the vision, strategy and roadmap of our solutions, ensuring they deliver real value for customers in the engineering and construction sector.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy and roadmap in alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct user and customer research to uncover pain points and opportunities.
• Develop target personas, use cases and high‑level value propositions.
• Maintain a coherent product backlog, prioritising features using Lean methodology.
• Collaborate closely with UX, engineering and other cross‑functional teams.
• Validate concepts and prototypes with customers throughout development.
• Define, monitor and analyse product metrics, feeding insights back into the development cycle.
• Uphold the RIB Product Lifecycle Management Process.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of product management experience.
• Strong focus on understanding the “why” behind user needs.
• Enjoys interacting with customers and building lasting relationships.
• Ability to translate user empathy into concrete product decisions.
