About the role

Rambøll is seeking a Construction Engineer with at least eight years of experience to join its Ørestad design department. You will work on some of Denmark’s most complex structures within a highly professional environment that offers a high degree of autonomy and influence.

Key responsibilities

• Design load‑bearing structures in concrete, steel and timber.
• Act as a sparring partner for colleagues and help develop the expertise of junior staff.
• Drive the continuous professional development of the department to raise the quality of deliverables.
• Build and nurture client relationships and lead the preparation of offers of varying size.
• Ensure a strong pipeline of projects by contributing to business development activities.

Required profile

• Minimum eight years of detail design experience for load‑bearing structures in Denmark.
• Strong commitment to personal and professional development.
• Excellent interdisciplinary collaboration and communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to tailor solutions to client requirements.
