Associate Project Manager

About the role

BST Fire Protection is looking for a newly graduated building constructor or engineer to join its enterprise department as an Associate Project Manager. You will receive thorough training and mentorship from the enterprise manager, preparing you to become an independent project leader in the fire‑protection and sprinkler sector.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute construction projects from start to finish.
• Manage project budgets and financial reporting.
• Coordinate resources, including staff and hourly workers.
• Perform project calculations and ensure cost control.
• Report progress to senior management.
• Handle contract matters and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain schedules, quality standards, and documentation.
• Provide technical support and collaboration with the offers and design teams.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in building construction or engineering (civil, structural, etc.).
• Detail‑oriented, able to work independently with a proactive attitude.
• Strong interest in risk avoidance, quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Good numerical sense and understanding of project economics.
• Fluent in Danish (written and spoken) and able to communicate in English.
• Valid driver’s licence.
