Senior Enterprise Account Executive

About the role

ServiceNow is hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Executive in Søborg. You will generate new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model by planning accounts and territories, researching prospects, applying business development strategies and carrying out field-based sales within a defined set of prospects, territory or vertical.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with multiple C-suite executives (CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across all product sales.
• Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team, orchestrate the account strategy and lead a broad virtual team of Solutions Consultants, Specialists, Success resources, Partners and Marketing.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business and advising on how ServiceNow can support their IT roadmap.
• Identify the right specialist and support resources to bring into a deal at the right time.

Required profile

• 10+ years of sales experience in a software or solutions sales organisation.
• Proven track record of establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients, negotiating deals and maintaining healthy C-level relationships.
• Experience achieving sales targets.
• Ability to think critically about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making or problem-solving, such as using AI-powered tools, automating workflows or analysing AI-driven insights.
• Understanding of the bigger picture and plans around IT, and a customer success focus in a "win as a team" environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
