Senior Digital Advisory Manager

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Senior Digital Advisory Manager to lead business development, technical proposal preparation and delivery of digital consultancy assignments across EU framework contracts and international programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess ICT advisory and digital transformation opportunities under EU contracts and international programmes.
• Analyse terms of reference, technical specifications and institutional context to shape bid strategies.
• Lead the development of technical methodologies, work plans, staffing estimates and budgets.
• Prepare compliant technical and financial proposals in collaboration with bid and finance teams.
• Manage awarded projects, coordinating multidisciplinary experts, subcontractors and monitoring deliverables, schedules and budgets.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in ICT advisory, digital transformation or technology consulting.
• Proven experience preparing technical proposals for public‑sector ICT consultancy assignments.
• Strong project management, analytical and communication skills with commercial awareness.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of ICT systems, software platforms and system integration.
