DD&IT Strategy Execution Manager - turn strategy into impact

About the role

Join Coloplast’s Digital, Data & IT organisation to turn complex strategic challenges into clear initiatives and drive them from concept to realised value. You will work within the Strategy, Performance and Portfolio department, collaborating with senior stakeholders to support strategic progress.

Key responsibilities

• Define scope, align stakeholders, facilitate workshops and ensure initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Identify improvement opportunities across DD&IT operations, shape strategic initiatives and build business cases.
• Establish and drive a structured approach to strategy execution, including governance, regular follow‑up and consistent cadence.
• Maintain a consolidated overview of strategic initiatives and run regular strategy check‑ins to address progress, risks and trade‑offs.
• Strengthen value realisation by introducing benefit tracking and change management.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in business, engineering, IT, economics or related discipline.
• Strong business acumen with experience structuring complex problems and developing business cases.
• Proven experience managing cross‑functional projects with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience with change management and behavioural change in evolving environments.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Change Management certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with financial analysis, performance management and benefit tracking.
• Knowledge of strategy execution frameworks and enterprise transformation programs.
