Associate Performance Manager – Turn Data into Strategic Insights

About the role

Join Coloplast’s Strategy, Performance and Portfolio department within Digital, Data and IT (DD&IT) to turn performance data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic priorities. You will work at the intersection of strategy execution, performance management and operational improvement, collaborating closely with leaders, finance and data specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into analytical requirements and actionable performance measures aligned across stakeholders.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses to uncover trends, risks and improvement opportunities, and present clear recommendations to leadership.
• Design, maintain and continuously improve dashboards and reporting products that make complex performance data accessible.
• Define reporting requirements and work with data owners to ensure reliable, consistent and sustainable reporting.
• Prepare insights for performance reviews, facilitate metric discussions and use data storytelling to communicate findings.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in business, economics, finance, strategy, engineering, data or a related field.
• Relevant analytical experience from a graduate role, internship, consultancy project or similar environment, ideally involving digital, data & IT performance data.
• Proven ability to identify patterns in data, draw conclusions and communicate clear recommendations.
• Understanding of data quality, governance, reporting standards and performance measurement principles.
