Production Technician

About the role

As a Production Technician you will support and implement technical solutions in our Manufacturing Center, optimizing production processes and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in board meetings and technical problem‑solving using Alfa Laval processes.
• Provide technical support for manufacturing processes including welding, CNC machining, assembly, TPM, 5S, SOP and VSM.
• Ensure correct master data in D365 and take part in or lead smaller projects.

Required profile

• Proactive, structured and solution‑oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Quick learner who can adopt new technologies, processes and work methods.
• Effective communicator able to influence across teams and departments.

Required skills

• Technical education such as Production Technology, Marine Engineer, Industrial Engineer or Toolmaker.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a marine engineer or production technician in high‑ and low‑volume environments.
• Experience leading small projects, LEAN methodology, Green Belt or Six Sigma certification.
• Solid knowledge of TPM, 5S, SOP, VSM, D365 and CAD.
• Experience with welding, CNC machining and electronic components (including ESD).
