Assembler / Montage Operator

About the role

Alfa Laval Kolding A/S is looking for a dedicated Montør to join the UMP Assembly department. The role involves hands‑on assembly work in a dynamic, shift‑based environment, contributing to the final build and packaging of valves and related components.

Key responsibilities

• Perform assembly tasks, including mounting, laser marking, washing, and packaging of UMP‑valves, Fighter, SMP‑BC and other products.
• Handle logistics activities such as part picking, material flow, and preparation for final shipment.
• Work on rotating shifts, with the possibility of a fixed shift schedule for extended periods.

Required profile

• Outgoing, team‑oriented individual who can also work independently.
• Flexible, reliable attendance and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Background in assembly work or a related craft trade.
