About the role
Alfa Laval Kolding A/S is looking for a CNC Operator/Industrial Technician for the UMP Half Body department. You will work in a dynamic, rotating shift team to support manufacturing operations.
Key responsibilities
- Perform CNC milling and turning tasks and operate robot cells.
- Participate in a 3‑shift rotation with 14 colleagues, with the possibility of a fixed night shift.
Required profile
- Outgoing team player who can also work independently.
- Flexible, punctual and able to stay calm under pressure.
Required skills
- CNC milling and turning experience or recent training.
- Basic IT user‑level knowledge.
