AI Speech & Audio Specialist – ASR, TTS & Voice AI (Freelance)

About the Role

• Join TELUS Digital’s global AI Community to develop next‑generation voice technologies.
• Evaluate, improve, and create high‑quality audio datasets for ASR, TTS, and Voice AI systems.
• Ensure AI models deliver natural, accurate, and culturally relevant vocal experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess naturalness and expressiveness of generated voices.
• Correct transcription errors and perform professional audio editing (segmentation, noise reduction, silence adjustment).
• Conduct spectrographic analysis to identify quality defects.
• Create and validate vocal datasets for model training and evaluation.
• Collaborate remotely with international technical and linguistic teams.

Qualifications

• Strong background in audio production, linguistics, or vocal technology.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate improvement recommendations clearly.
• Experience with ASR, TTS, or voice AI projects is a plus.

Location & Work Style

• Freelance position based in Copenhagen, open to remote work.
