Warehouse Site Manager

About the role

As Site Manager at the Taulov warehouse in Fredericia, you will have full P&L accountability and operational responsibility for the site, driving both short‑term and long‑term financial and operational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Full P&L responsibility across all products and clients at the Taulov site.
• Optimize site performance, cost efficiency, and asset utilization while driving continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily operations, ensure HSSE compliance, and manage subcontractors and service providers.
• Lead, guide and develop the site team, fostering a positive culture and client satisfaction.
• Support business development, tenders and expansion of the site’s footprint in line with Maersk’s Integrator strategy.

Required profile

• Solid site management experience in a warehousing and distribution environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to operate in an international matrix organisation.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to read, interpret and act on P&L results.
• Lean thinking and continuous improvement mindset.
