About the role

Join PwC's Digital Business Core to lead complex digital and organisational transformation projects for private and public sector clients. You will advise on change impact, manage stakeholder relationships and ensure successful delivery of ERP and HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end change management projects, ensuring progress, quality and close client dialogue.
• Translate business needs into concrete transformation solutions and decision proposals.
• Support sales activities, develop proposals and nurture existing client relationships.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the evolution of the practice.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of change‑management experience, especially in IT or ERP implementations.
• Proven track record as a change lead on large‑scale ERP projects.
• Experience in commercial consulting, business development and client relationship building.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess organisational impacts.
