Employer Branding Intern – Events & Talent Attraction

About the role

Join PwC's Human Capital team as an Employer Branding Intern, supporting the Talent Attraction group in creating and delivering events that connect students with the firm. You will gain hands‑on HR experience while working on the full event lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop, execute and evaluate employer branding events, from initial concept to post‑event review.
• Assist with logistical tasks such as material packing, venue booking, transport and catering arrangements.
• Maintain inventory, update internal tracking tools and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the Talent Attraction team with ad‑hoc recruitment tasks and attend career fairs at educational institutions.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a higher education program and seeking practical experience.
• Enjoy a varied, collaborative work environment and are detail‑oriented.
• Responsible, service‑minded and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Flexible working hours (approximately 30 hours per week) with adjustments for study commitments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Google Slides or similar presentation tools.
