Talent Attraction & Sourcing Advisor

About the role

PwC is looking for a curious and commercially‑oriented Talent Attraction & Sourcing Advisor to strengthen its talent attraction efforts and ensure the firm continues to attract top market profiles. You will sit in the Talent Attraction team, combining proactive sourcing with end‑to‑end recruitment responsibility and close collaboration with leaders across PwC.

Key responsibilities

• Drive dialogue with the business on recruitment needs, competency profiles and candidate strategies.
• Identify, attract and build relationships with relevant candidates through proactive sourcing and talent pipelining.
• Manage recruitment processes from need assessment to interviews, assessments and contract handling.
• Develop PwC’s sourcing concept and contribute best practices in search and talent attraction.
• Provide market insights and advise leaders on talent market and competition.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in search, sourcing or recruitment.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar search tools.
• Strong personal dialogue skills and ability to build relationships across diverse profiles.
• Proactive ownership of processes and ability to conduct recruitment interviews and give feedback.
• Professional communication in Danish and English.
