HR Development Internship – Learning & Development

About the role

Join PwC's Human Capital team as an HR Development intern and gain hands‑on experience in competency development, learning, and course administration. You will work on cross‑functional projects from day one, contributing to the design and delivery of workshops, training materials, and internal learning initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of company‑wide courses and workshops.
• Contribute to the development of workshop concepts on topics such as psychological safety, leadership, and learning theory.
• Create presentations, training materials, and other learning content in collaboration with experienced colleagues.
• Drive small projects related to competency development and internal advisory.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a relevant bachelor or master programme (e.g., HR, organisational studies, learning, communication) and able to work at least four days a week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English.
• Proactive, curious and able to ask insightful questions, propose ideas and take ownership before being asked.
