Assistant Store Manager - Amagertorv

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for its Amagertorv store in Copenhagen. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will help lead the team, drive sales, KPIs and profit opportunities, and step in to take full responsibility for the store when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in delivering sales, KPIs and profit opportunities at Amagertorv
• Drive daily and weekly performance through clear targets, floor leadership and commercial focus
• Monitor KPIs and team performance, run reports and support action plans to improve results
• Take ownership of store operations, including stock management, payroll, rotas and administrative tasks
• Lead, coach and develop the team through training, feedback and strong product knowledge
• Act as a role model on the shop floor with exceptional customer service and brand values
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, brand presentation and store standards
• Take full responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence

Required profile

• A strong passion for the Levi's brand and alignment with its values
• Proven experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced retail environment
• Track record of working to and driving KPIs and sales targets
• Solid experience managing store operations, stock and administrative processes
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach and inspire others
• Hands-on, commercially minded approach focused on continuous improvement
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
