Customer Service Associate – Order Handling (Maternity Leave, until Sept 2027)

About the role

Johnson Controls is looking for a customer service associate focused on order handling for a maternity leave position in its Fire Suppression & Building Products division in Aarhus, expected until September 2027. You will join a strong Nordic team working closely across borders to deliver the best experience for customers, with thorough onboarding, good development opportunities and an inclusive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Handle orders in the company's systems
• Provide customer support on the Danish and Nordic markets
• Answer customer inquiries by phone and e-mail
• Create and maintain customer and product data
• Follow up on deliveries and shipments
• Handle questions about logistics, delivery and claims
• Work closely with colleagues in sales, logistics and other functions

Required profile

• Relatively newly qualified or experienced in customer service, order processing or administration
• Technical or trade background combined with a willingness to work close to customers is also welcome
• Professional written and spoken Danish and English
• A second Nordic language such as Swedish or Norwegian is an advantage

Required skills

• Good IT skills and ease of working in different systems
• SAP and Salesforce experience is an advantage but not required
