Service Sales Manager (Offshore & Navy)

About the role

Johnson Controls Global Marine Service Denmark (GMOS-DK) is looking for a commercially minded, customer-focused Service Sales Manager for its Offshore Service Sales role in Aarhus. You will own the development and growth of Offshore Service Sales across a global customer portfolio, acting as a trusted partner to offshore operators and marine customers and driving service growth through HVAC/R solutions. The branch supplies service, retrofit and parts solutions and is a market leader in HVAC/R for the marine industry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow Offshore Service Sales across a global customer portfolio, identifying business opportunities and building long-term customer relationships.
• Create innovative, competitive, high-quality and timely estimates and proposals.
• Use sales tools to plan and document progress on accounts, and seek out, qualify and close simple, large and complex sales of HVAC/R.
• Maintain long-term customer relations and satisfaction, and ensure business is conducted according to Johnson Controls' ethics, processes and tools.
• Travel to visit clients and potential clients, approximately 30 travel days per year.

Required profile

• Adaptable, customer-driven sales representative with strong communication skills.
• Experience with sales tools and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of and/or experience in the marine segment and HVAC/R.
• Technical flair and interest in industrial or marine refrigeration, with the ability to advise customers on complex solutions.
• Fluency in English and Danish, written and spoken.
• Educated as a Marine Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical/Automation Engineer, Project Manager or another relevant technical qualification.
