Assistant Store Manager – Amagertorv

About the role

As an Assistant Store Manager at Amagertorv, you’ll play a key role in driving the commercial success of the store, supporting the Store Manager and stepping up to full responsibility when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in delivering sales, KPIs and profit opportunities.
• Drive daily and weekly performance through clear targets, floor leadership and commercial focus.
• Monitor KPIs and team performance, run reports and support action plans to improve results.
• Own store operations including stock management, payroll, rotas and administrative tasks.
• Lead, coach and develop the team through training, feedback and strong product knowledge.
• Act as a role model on the shop floor by delivering exceptional customer service and living brand values.
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising, brand presentation and store standards at all times.
• Take full responsibility for the store in the Store Manager’s absence.

Required profile

• Strong passion for the Levi’s® brand and alignment with company values.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Track record of working to and driving KPIs and sales targets.
• Solid experience managing store operations, stock and administrative processes.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and inspire others.
• Hands‑on, commercially minded approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
