Finance Manager – Byg og automatiser økonomifunktionen

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to shape and build the finance function at SKILTEX, a fast‑growing e‑commerce company based in Glostrup. The role is newly created, giving you the mandate to design processes, improve reporting and automate routine tasks while working closely with the CEO and senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial processes, structure, automation and digitalisation.
• Prepare management reports, budgets and forecasts that provide clear insight for decision‑making.
• Ensure stable day‑to‑day financial operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations and month‑end closing.

Required profile

• Experience in bookkeeping, accounting or finance, preferably from audit or an internal finance function.
• Proven ability to work in a structured way, take responsibility and drive continuous improvement.
• Motivation to be hands‑on, operational and strategic at the same time.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ERP or accounting software such as Uniconta or e‑conomic.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
