Procurement Project Manager

About the role

As a Procurement Project Manager you will join ISS’s global Group Supply Chain & Procurement team, leading cross‑country initiatives that drive savings, productivity and quality through data‑driven solutions. The role is based in Copenhagen (or Warsaw) and works in English.

Key responsibilities

• Lead advanced category analyses to uncover untapped opportunities and challenge the status quo.
• Facilitate workshops and decision‑making forums to align stakeholders and accelerate execution.
• Embed the dual‑supplier strategy across geographies, ensuring operational resilience.
• Co‑lead a major global supplier partnership, delivering procurement excellence.
• Design and implement savings initiatives that optimise cost while raising quality, service consistency and innovation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Law, Business, Economics, Operations, Supply Chain Management or Political/Social Science.
• 1‑5 years of experience in a top‑tier management consulting firm or a blue‑chip multinational corporation with a proven record of high‑impact results.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management and change management on complex, multi‑country initiatives.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
