Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Nobia Group, one of Europe's largest kitchen specialists listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, is expanding its Talent Acquisition team within its People & Culture function in Aarhus. The Talent Acquisition Partner combines hands-on recruitment with close business partnering, working with hiring managers to understand their needs, challenge where needed and ensure a professional experience for candidates and the business. The role focuses on advising managers and helping them make strong, well-informed, bias-free hiring decisions, including for retail teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and Store Managers to understand recruitment needs and define effective hiring approaches
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across Nobia, with a focus on the stores
• Source and engage candidates through relevant channels, including proactive search
• Challenge and advise hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Ensure a strong and consistent candidate experience
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes, tools and talent attraction initiatives

Required profile

• Solid experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Experience with retail, sales or high-volume recruitment is an advantage but not required
• Curious about new technologies, digital tools and evolving ways of working in Talent Acquisition
• Ability to build trusted relationships and confidently advise and challenge hiring managers
• Cares about quality of hire and a great candidate experience
• Commercial mindset and enjoyment of understanding the business behind recruitment needs
• Relevant degree or educational background (e.g. Human Resources, Psychology, Business Economics)
• Fluent Danish and English, written and spoken
