Compensation & Benefits Partner

About the role

Nobia Group, one of Europe's largest kitchen specialists listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, is looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Partner to shape and drive Reward strategy, governance and compensation practices across the group. The role reports directly to the EVP, Chief People & Culture Officer, and involves direct work on Remuneration Committee and Board-level Reward matters. It is based at the Nobia Denmark HQ in Tilst.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual salary review, incentive cycles and other key Reward activities across Nobia
• Design, develop and improve bonus programmes, company car policies and other benefits
• Drive the Global Job Structure and maintain country-specific salary structures and pay ranges
• Support pay equity and transparency, and lead market benchmarking via compensation surveys
• Deliver Reward analytics and reporting for senior leaders, the Executive Committee and the Board
• Advise local People & Culture teams and business leaders on Reward frameworks and policies
• Strengthen Reward governance and contribute to projects such as executive compensation, long-term incentives and pay transparency

Required profile

• Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards or a similar function, ideally in an international organisation
• Experience with job architecture, job evaluation or grading methodologies
• Ability to analyse complex data and prepare analyses and reports for senior leadership and Boards
• Experience in an international or multi-country environment
• Fluency in written and spoken English
