Student Assistant for Study Administration – Southern Campus

About the role

The University of Copenhagen seeks a structured student to support the study administration team at the Southern Campus, focusing on the audiology‑pedagogy programme. You will work closely with practicum sites and help ensure smooth coordination of mandatory internships.

Key responsibilities

• Contact practicum sites to arrange mandatory internship periods for audiology‑pedagogy students.
• Draft and manage practicum contracts, process expense reimbursements, and update study information pages.
• Maintain the annual calendar and guidelines related to practicum activities.
• Assist with practical events such as mentor meetings and graduation ceremonies.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a higher education programme with at least two years remaining.
• Highly organized, systematic, and detail‑oriented.
• Interest in audiology‑pedagogy administration and basic knowledge of the field.
• Clear written and spoken Danish, proactive and service‑oriented.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
