Student Assistant – Lobbying (A)symmetry Project

About the role

The Department of Political Science is seeking one or more student assistants to support the ERC‑funded “Lobbying (A)symmetry: The Dynamics Behind Informed Policy” (LOBBYMETRY) project. You will join a multidisciplinary team to help implement cross‑country surveys and contribute to research and dissemination activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing, administering and processing cross‑country survey data.
• Support the project team with literature reviews, data entry, and preparation of research outputs.
• Collaborate with postdoctoral researchers, a PhD candidate and international partners on various research tasks.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a relevant social‑science programme (e.g., political science, economics).
• Interest in lobbying, European public policy, especially climate or digital policy.
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a team.
• Proficiency in English and one additional language (Hungarian, Lithuanian, Italian, Swedish or Danish).

Required skills

• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to work with survey tools and basic data handling.
