Senior System Consultant, System Services

About the role

Netcompany Banking Services supports financial institutions in using its cloud-based core banking platform, which serves more than 50 Nordic banks and over 2 million end customers. The System Services team works to ensure stable and efficient system usage and makes complex systems more usable in practice. The Senior System Consultant helps customers get maximum value from the core and self-service solutions, covering process optimization, IT-related tasks, system configuration and compliance. The position is based in Copenhagen, Aarhus or Aalborg.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and optimize system setups (for example products, interest rates and fees) and give expert guidance to customers.
• Advise customers and raise awareness of the NBS product portfolio.
• Facilitate workshops and reviews of customer processes and system usage.
• Analyse current customer setups and needs with a focus on improvements and future solutions.
• Create process documentation and procedures, deliver training on system usage and contribute to implementing and automating workflows.
• Work closely with colleagues across NBS and System Services, communicating complex topics clearly to subject matter experts and senior stakeholders at financial institutions.

Required profile

• A few years of experience from a financial institution, preferably in IT support or a similar role.
• Interest in and understanding of banking processes and IT systems, and a good understanding of banking infrastructure.
• Ideally experience with NBS systems and configuration.
• Full professional proficiency in Danish and English (written and spoken).
• Independent, pragmatic approach and motivation to create value for customers by finding new opportunities and improvements.
