Enterprise Architect – Growth Department

About the role

PA Consulting, an international consultancy helping large companies and public organisations transform the intersection of technology, strategy and innovation, is looking for an Enterprise Architect for a rapidly growing department. You will act as a trusted advisor and drive digital transformations for clients on C-level, working across energy, defence and logistics sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Create strategic architecture and roadmaps that guide clients' digital journeys
• Analyse and evaluate solutions such as process optimisation, AI use, product selection, system modernisation, security and governance
• Dive into technical details where needed to ensure robust, scalable solutions
• Deliver thought leadership and mentoring to stakeholders and internal teams
• Work closely with clients and partners to drive innovation and change

Required profile

• Documented experience of technical leadership in application, data, business and integration architecture
• Solid knowledge of the technologies you have worked with
• Ability to work mainly at a high level but also go deep into details when needed
• Experience showing pros and cons of options such as integration design, operations setup, product choice, security or management models
• Understanding of the commercial, human and organisational aspects of the work

Working conditions

• Hybrid: at least 3 days per week in the office or with the client, up to 5 days with the client depending on the role
