Scope Extension Manager (Maternity Cover)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and results‑driven Scope Extension Manager on a maternity cover basis to join our Product Management team in Copenhagen. You will report to the Head of Vendor Parts Satair Channel and work at the core of a competitive product line serving major platforms such as Airbus and Boeing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify untapped business opportunities to expand the Vendor Parts portfolio.
• Drive the onboarding of high‑potential suppliers and ensure a steady flow of new opportunities into the pipeline.
• Coordinate implementation of new suppliers with internal stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Serve as the primary contact for prospective suppliers, guiding them through the initial partnership phase.
• Travel up to 10 days per year across Europe to visit suppliers, attend fairs and participate in workshops.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in International Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a B2B environment; aviation background is a strong advantage.
• Strong business acumen and analytical ability to turn data into growth initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Positive, solution‑oriented attitude and ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
