Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our international, agile team in Copenhagen. You will drive sales growth, manage OEM partnerships and shape the go‑to‑market strategy for our product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue and achieve margin targets in collaboration with the Commercial team.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Supplier Business Partners (OEMs) to ensure long‑term partnership success.
• Work closely with the supply chain department to optimise inventory availability and delivery performance.
• Identify and develop business development activities, expanding product scope, territory and services.
• Act as the internal anchor for OEM partners, providing operational and business support.
• Lead cross‑functional improvement projects to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage the implementation of marketing campaigns and sales plans for the product line.
• Travel up to 30 days per year as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
• At least 5 years of B2B experience in sales, marketing, product or program management, or supply chain.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Proven track record of managing key programs or accounts and defining go‑to‑market strategies.
• Ability to work strategically within a global, cross‑functional team.
• Experience in the aviation industry is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools.
• Advanced use of Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Data Studio).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems (preferred).
