Vision Suite Manager – Denmark & Norway

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Vision Suite Manager to lead the promotion and sales of its visualization and diagnostic portfolio across Denmark and Norway. You will work closely with ophthalmology professionals, demonstrating advanced surgical equipment and driving market adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve total Alcon sales targets for diagnostics (Argos, Verion) and visualization (Luxor Revalia, Ngenuity) portfolios.
• Identify and develop private Partner & Grow accounts, then expand into cataract and vitreoretinal segments.
• Collaborate with IOL, Account, Surgical Equipment, and Vitreoretinal managers to generate leads and new customer opportunities.
• Serve as the end‑to‑end specialist contact for visualization and diagnostic systems, providing demos and training in operating rooms and clinics.
• Drive equipment penetration and upgrades according to account plans, using Salesforce for tracking.
• Create initial quotes for portfolio items (excluding EFAs and leases) and hand them to Account Managers.
• Monitor competitor activities, map competitive devices and digital platforms, and report findings.

Required profile

• Background in ophthalmology or related medical field.
• Strong understanding of clinic and OR connectivity and digitalization.
• Proactive, hunter mindset with the ability to collaborate across sales teams.
• Highly self‑motivated and results‑driven.

Required skills

• Salesforce (CRM) proficiency.
