Associate Consultant – IT Solutions

About the role

Netcompany is looking for recent graduates with a bachelor's degree to start their career as an Associate Consultant. You will work on complex IT solutions, combining hands-on development with project delivery and close client interaction. The role exists in both Consulting and Application Services: Consulting is more project-oriented, while Application Services is more long-term, team- and solution-driven.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to translating customer needs into technical solutions, working closely with customers and colleagues.
• Clarify customer requirements and dialogue.
• Develop frontend and backend features for customer solutions.
• Set up and develop frameworks, integrations and extensions for standard platforms.
• Automate business processes, for example through batch jobs.
• Develop tools and scripts for data migration and other technical solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering, computer science, software, IT or a similar field.
• Newly graduated or a few years of experience; passion for advancing your IT career.
• Strong IT technical skills in object-oriented programming and fundamental knowledge of software development.
• Analytical thinking, initiative and a structured approach.
• Full professional proficiency in Danish and English (written and spoken).
