Student Assistant – Reception & Sales, Cosmetic Clinic

About the role

N'AGE, Denmark's largest chain of cosmetic clinics, is looking for a student assistant for its team at its clinic on Jægersborg Allé near Charlottenlund station, which opened in 2023. You will work alongside a team of highly skilled cosmetic nurses and receptionists, helping customers get the best possible experience. The job is varied, ranging from customer service and sales of clinical skincare products to handling bookings and keeping the clinic tidy.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, serve drinks and make them feel at home
• Advise on and sell skincare products
• Keep the calendar up to date, book appointments and answer calls and emails
• Keep the clinic neat, tidy and inviting
• Restock product displays and the stockroom, clean and wash
• Other tasks as needed

Required profile

• At least a few years of higher education remaining, with flexibility regarding working hours
• Ability to work 10-15 hours per week, mainly afternoons and early evenings on weekdays and sometimes on Saturdays
• Serviceminded, reliable and able to handle a wide range of tasks
• Belief in good skincare, with documented sales experience a big plus
• Good communication skills in writing and speech, initiative in learning and meeting stability
