Seasonal Sales Advisor – December 2026

About the role

H&M Group is hiring a seasonal Sales Advisor for its Weekday store in Frederiksberg for December 2026. This is a flexible, part-time position covering 8 to 15 hours per week from 1 December to 31 December 2026, under the flexible part-time employment rules of the shop agreement.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and give them high-quality service throughout the shop, from the cash desk to the fitting rooms and shop floor.
• Process deliveries and replenish stock.
• Merchandise the latest garments on the shop floor.

Required profile

• Customer-focused, adaptable and action-oriented, with strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
• A real passion for the brand and collection.
• Willingness to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
• For flexible part-time work, you must be a student on a state-recognised full-time education, a sideline worker, undergoing vocational training, or a senior citizen.

Required skills

• Nice to have: previous retail experience and understanding of store operations and customer service.
• Nice to have: confidence giving advice on fashion trends, materials and sizing.
