Solution Strategy Manager – Denmark

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Solution Strategy Manager to lead the design and delivery of customer‑centric payment solutions in Denmark. In this high‑exposure position you will work closely with country managers, account managers and product owners to shape strategic propositions that align local needs with global capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into integrated propositions using Mastercard’s products and services.
• Align country‑specific priorities with global product capabilities to deliver scalable solutions.
• Develop compelling value propositions for RFPs and strategic initiatives.
• Identify market trends and opportunities across the payments value chain and influence solutioning.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility and smooth implementation.
• Prepare decision‑ready materials for senior leaders and build alignment across functions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting or strategic roles within financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a talent for simplifying complexity.
• Excellent storytelling and executive communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without direct authority.
