Senior Manager – Responsible AI Adoption for Financial Services

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence within financial services organisations in Denmark. You will work with senior stakeholders to evaluate AI risks, design governance frameworks, and ensure compliance with emerging regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead assessments of AI use cases, identifying operational, legal, ethical, and model‑related risks.
• Design and implement AI governance policies, controls, and frameworks aligned with industry standards and the EU AI Act.
• Advise senior stakeholders on risk appetite, oversight structures, and responsible AI adoption.
• Build trusted client relationships and contribute to the growth of PwC’s AI risk and governance service line.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure engagement quality, and support colleague development.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in economics, business administration, finance, risk management, data science, or a related field.
• Significant experience in a bank, insurer, pension provider, asset manager, or similar financial institution.
• Hands‑on experience evaluating AI risks and implementing AI governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, and other relevant regulations.
