Manager – Non-Financial Risk Management for Financial Services

About the role

PwC is looking for a Manager to lead non‑financial risk engagements for banking, pension, insurance and asset‑management clients in Denmark. You will work with a dedicated team of over 100 professionals, translating complex regulatory challenges into practical solutions that strengthen governance, resilience and trust.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements covering operational risk, operational resilience, third‑party risk, conduct risk and internal controls.
• Assess, design and implement risk frameworks, governance structures and control environments.
• Manage project scope, delivery quality and stakeholder communication.
• Build trusted relationships, contribute to proposals and service development.
• Guide and support colleagues, fostering an inclusive team environment.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, law, risk management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in non‑financial risk management within a bank, insurer, pension provider, asset manager or similar institution.
• Hands‑on experience with operational risk, incident management, risk and control assessments, internal control frameworks, governance and regulatory implementation.
