Senior Development Manager – Global Operations Finance

About the role

Join Coloplast's Global Operations Finance team to define and shape the development activities of the Centre of Excellence for Global Operations Finance. You will drive transformation, process standardisation and digitalisation across manufacturing, supply chain and other operational functions, creating value through improved financial and performance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development initiatives within Global Operations Finance, focusing on manufacturing.
• Facilitate cross‑functional process‑mapping workshops to document current (“as‑is”) processes and design future (“to‑be”) optimized processes.
• Drive process improvement, standardisation and adoption planning across global sites.
• Build and manage a strong cross‑functional stakeholder network, collaborating with IT, Finance and Global Operations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions and support global FP&A reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of finance experience, preferably in a global manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience leading or participating in global projects and change‑management initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex problems.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools, preferably Power BI.
