Experienced Project Controller – Finance & Business Partner

As a Project Controller you will be the vital link between project management, commercial teams and business‑unit leadership, owning the financial dimension of the project portfolio from order to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide robust financial support and challenge to Project Managers on budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow and timeline updates.
• Ensure accurate recording of accounting transactions, revenue recognition and job costing within Work‑in‑Progress (WIP).
• Engage with central IT tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Medius, Solver and BI platforms.
• Advise Business Unit management on financial implications, risks and commercial opportunities.
• Deliver monthly S&A analysis and performance workshops for BU leadership.
• Track financial KPIs, perform variance analysis and prepare monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement of reporting tools by leveraging ERP systems and Power BI.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting and internal control frameworks.
• Understanding of global business processes and ability to apply local compliance based on global standards.
• Strong command of Excel, ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) and BI tools such as Power BI.
• Proactive, analytical, detail‑oriented with high integrity.
• Fluent English and strong interpersonal skills to influence decisions across matrix teams.
