Senior Consultant – Workday HCM Benefits

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead Workday HCM Benefits implementations for clients in Copenhagen. The role involves configuring, testing and supporting Workday Benefits modules to deliver scalable, compliant benefits administration aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain benefit plans, groups, eligibility rules, enrollment events and open‑enrollment processes.
• Design and support life‑event processing, dependent and beneficiary tracking, evidence of insurability and waiting‑period rules.
• Develop and maintain benefits‑related business processes, approval workflows and integration with third‑party vendors.
• Create and enhance reports, dashboards and calculated fields for benefits analytics.
• Conduct client workshops, gather requirements and translate them into functional designs.
• Perform testing, deployment, post‑production support and annual open‑enrollment activities.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience delivering Workday Benefits implementations, upgrades or enhancements.
• Strong understanding of HR, payroll and benefits administration processes.
• Ability to work closely with HR, Benefits, Payroll and vendor teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
