HR Business Partner – International Aviation Services

About the role

Join an international aviation services company as an HR Business Partner reporting to the Head of People Denmark. You will be part of a five‑person HR team in Copenhagen, building trusted relationships, influencing business decisions and collaborating with colleagues in Hamburg, Singapore and the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice and support to managers and their teams across the full employee lifecycle, from hiring to retirement.
• Partner closely with business leaders to develop, challenge and deliver organisational strategies, navigating change and growth.
• Participate in global HR projects across business areas and sites, aligned with your interests and experience.

Required profile

• Minimum two years experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex, international organisation.
• Broad knowledge of core HR deliveries with hands‑on experience in performance management, learning & development and talent management.
• Solid understanding of Danish employment law (Funktionærloven) and general HR processes.
• Change‑management experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Danish with strong relationship‑building skills.
