About the role
IT Forum Gruppen is looking for two Senior Account Managers to own the commercial development of existing customers and generate new business through personal networks and marketing‑qualified leads. The role is relationship‑focused, value‑creating and centred on long‑term partnerships rather than quick transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of customers, ensuring retention, upselling and cross‑selling.
- Identify and drive opportunities within core business areas such as cloud solutions, modern workplace, AI‑driven automation, IT transformation and full‑scope outsourcing.
- Collaborate closely with Service Delivery Managers, Sales Support, Operations and specialist teams to deliver seamless commercial outcomes.
- Lead joint customer plans, renegotiate contracts and act as a trusted advisor to C‑level decision makers.
- Coordinate hand‑overs and contract administration with internal support functions.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Account Manager or Key Account Manager.
- Proven track record in relationship‑based sales and development of existing accounts.
- Strong understanding of cloud, managed services and outsourcing business models.
- Comfortable engaging with senior executives and C‑level stakeholders.
- Structured work style, motivated by business results and relationship building, with a relevant professional network.
