USM Strategic Programs Manager

About the role

Join Satair as a USM Strategic Programs Manager to drive profitable growth and shape sustainable aviation solutions, acting as the voice of the customer across the global Airbus network.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams and USM entities to identify, evaluate, and deliver new profitable USM business opportunities by leveraging organizational synergies.
• Act as the responsible Account Director and focal point for key strategic initiatives, managing opportunities throughout the entire USM program lifecycle.
• Maintain excellent, long‑term relationships with existing and potential customers, handling operations‑related interactions, complaints, and rapid issue resolution.
• Bring a strong airline and MRO maintenance philosophy to support departments, acting as the true voice of the customer.
• Ensure support organisations fulfil obligations in accordance with SLAs, supplier operations, and spares availability.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in an airline, MRO, or USM group with proven customer engagement and USM market knowledge.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills to develop strategic recommendations.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
