Quantity Surveyor – 6 Month Contract

About the role

Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a six‑month contract in Denmark. The role focuses on on‑site valuation during commissioning, bridging technical teams and project services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑the‑ground valuation from a QS perspective during commissioning.
• Focus on MEP packages such as piping installation, HVAC, sprinklers and electrical works.
• Review labour, equipment and material estimates thoroughly.
• Escalate disputes to senior management when necessary.
• Review and approve contract award and change‑order valuations prepared by the construction manager and subcontractors.

Required profile

• Strong project cost experience on large‑scale biologics/pharmaceutical construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in surveying, engineering, construction management, business or equivalent industry experience.
• Extensive background in quantity surveying, particularly MEP valuation.
• Proven ability to identify, analyse and solve technical problems.
