Senior Project Manager – Construction (Denmark)

About the role

Fastned is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of high‑quality charging stations across Denmark. You will work closely with the Construction Lead for New Markets and the Country Manager Denmark, coordinating grid connections, engineering partners and material supply.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and realise grid connections for new charging sites.
• Collaborate with engineering partners and manage material supply planning.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
• Negotiate with business partners, conduct site visits and enforce safety compliance.
• Develop a construction roadmap for new markets by identifying local partners and analysing standards.
• Support the network development team in site evaluations and due diligence.

Required profile

• Team player with a proactive, founder‑mindset.
• Degree in engineering, business or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience in deployment and/or construction.
• Strong organisational, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work structured, prioritise tasks and adapt quickly.
