About the role

KONE is looking for an Installation Technician to join its team in Denmark. You will work on new elevator installations and modernisation projects, ensuring safe and reliable equipment for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Install new elevators on construction sites and upgrade existing systems.
• Combine new and older technologies during modernisation, solving technical challenges on site.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers, maintaining strong relationships.
• Plan and organise your own workday while collaborating with an engaged team.

Required profile

• Completed youth education, preferably with a focus on electricity or electronics.
• Good command of Danish (written and spoken) and solid English comprehension.
• Valid driver’s licence (category B) and willingness to travel to sites, including occasional trips to Greenland and the Faroe Islands.
• Responsible, technically curious and motivated to learn elevator technology.

Required skills

• Basic electrical competence.
• Basic mechanical competence.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Electrical troubleshooting and knowledge of electronic equipment (advantageous).
